Refund and Returns Policy

Every product at Raige Mag Shop is created on demand — just for you. That means each shirt, mug, or supplement is produced fresh when you order. Because of this, we don’t allow returns or refunds unless something goes wrong. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

This page explains exactly how refunds, replacements, and product quality are handled so you know what to expect before you buy.

At Raige Mag Shop, every product is made to order or carefully produced by our fulfillment partners. Because of this, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Please review your order carefully before checkout.
  • Because our products are custom-printed or specially manufactured, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items, including size issues or change of mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].
  • Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Supplements & Wellness Products

Our supplements are:

  • Packaged in the USA at FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities
  • Third-party tested for safety and quality
  • Sourced with care and, where applicable, vegetarian-friendly

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on supplements unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

4. Processing

  • Approved replacement orders will be handled promptly.
  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
